Lyndsey is a lifestyle girly; she cares deeply about helping people feel better about themselves.

 She is a aesthetician, session make-up artist and Hair stylist. Working with some well-known brands to deliver fantastic
experiential events.

 Lyndsey also practices work within the wellness sector.

She is a personal trainer but is more well known for her studio and aqua classes.

 “I just want people to have a good time and build an inclusive community. My focus is to ensure that our participants enjoy the exercise classes without too much focus on being hard on themselves”

 Lyndsey’s career within Fitness and beauty started in 1999/2003 and her desire to learn and develop has not stopped over the last two decades.
